How cool is Perry Farrell? I saw Jane’s Addiction at ULU in the early 90s (could have been late 80s) and it was one of the most mesmerising things I have ever seen, not least because out front Perry Farrell was equal parts Iggy Pop, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Child Catcher and prime David Bowie. Add to that the fact that he created the legendary Lollapalooza and seriously pissed off Sharon Osbourne, and Perry Farrell is a genuine alt rock icon on a par with Kurt Cobain, which is why we have honoured him with a Perry Farrell Jane’s Addiction T-shirt
