Welcome to BathroomWall T-shirts, we love our Canadian and American customers (seriously, how could we not love the lands that gave us so much great music?) and unlike most UK websites we want to do our bit for international relations by answering a few questions specific to your market. Apologies if the ‘mixed’ flag confused or offended anyone, but as much as we’d like pages for every individual country, we just don’t have the space on the page.
THE MOST ASKED QUESTION FROM NORTH AMERICA
Orders are sent by regular Airmail, so there are NO TRACKING NUMBERS. However if your order is worth more than £100 then we will send it by a tracked courier. Tracked Trans-Atlantic mail for a single T-shirt costs more than the cost of FOUR T-shirts.
About us
Established in 2007, BathroomWall remains a family run business, dedicated to producing unique T-shirts inspired by music history, and paying homage to our favorite rock stars. We started BathroomWall because we were bored with mainstream music merchandise and wanted to wear something different. That philosophy still holds true to this day, and our designs remain 100% UNOFFICIAL.
Because we are still independently owned and run, we take great pride in everything that we do – from the initial designs through to the finished T-shirts. Customer service and feedback is really important to us, so if you have any suggestions on how we can improve, then we would love to hear from you.
Packaging
We use specially made, extra strong mailing bags that are designed to withstand the journey from us to you.
Stock availability
All T-shirts are hand printed to order. Therefore all designs are always available in all sizes and colors
T-shirt sizes and quality
Men’s T-shirts: we usually use high quality “Gildan Ultra” T-shirts. As you know these are a North American brand and so you should be a pretty good judge of their size already. These are widely used at concerts for T-shirts, so if you’d usually go to up to the merch stand and say “gimme a large” then you’d be OK doing the same with us.
Women’s T-shirts: These are usually printed onto Ringspun “Gildan Soft Style”. These are a fitted style of T-shirt and some people find that they run a little small, so we would recommend going up a size if you are in any doubt.
Both men’s and women’s T-shirts are made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton so they won’t shrink in the wash. However we recommend that you do not iron directly onto the print. You can see our size guide here.
Print quality
All our T-shirts with images on them are hand screen-printed using the best quality inks to ensure that the fine detail of the designs are nice and clear. The song lyric and movie quote T-shirts are printed using professional digitally cut vinyl - this gives the letters a clean, crisp edge.
Colors
Only the color of the T-shirt itself changes. The color of the image on a T-shirt NEVER changes. So if the image is shown in our picture as white, then it will always be in white.
Returns
If you need to return your T-shirts for an exchange or a refund then all you need do is post it back with the completed
returns form. We will sort out the rest.
Time difference
While we will make every effort to reply to emails as quickly as possible, please remember the time difference – so if you are emailing us in the evening, we are probably in bed fast asleep. So please be patient with us.
